REYNOBOND by ARCONIC — The ideal aluminum and natural metals composite panel solution for a wide range of architectural needs. It’s particularly suitable for achieving unique designs on building façades and interiors, both in new buildings and renovation projects.
Exceptionally flat, the strong, rigid construction of Reynobond composite material consists of a compound core between two sheets of aluminum, brushed aluminum, zinc, stainless steel, copper or titanium. This creates a flat surface that virtually eliminates dimpling, buckling and oil canning.

ACM Panels are custom engineered to meet the on-site conditions of your project. A number of systems are available for fabrication and installation methods: Caulk System, Extrusion System, and Gasket System each have their unique aesthetic and functional benefits.
ACM Caulk System
Rout & Return composite panels are custom fabricated and field installed. Backer-rod is inserted into the joints and caulked to ensure a water tight system.
ACM Extrusion System
Rout & Return composite panels are custom fabricated with patented aluminum extrusions, provide a rigid and secure installation system. ACM composite "spline" pieces get inserted into the joints between panels to create a color matching reveal. This dry system / rain screen does not need caulk.
ACM Gasket System
Rout & Return composite panels are fitted with perimeter zee-flashing. Upon installation, the joints between panels receive a continuous silicon gasket.
ACM with Insulation Backing
Any of the ACM Systems can be adapted to include insulation backing. Pre-fabricated girts are installed with insulation fitted to reduce thermal exchange.
